Ultrasonic Welding
When assembled components can be adversely affected by general heating, ultrasonic welding offers an effective alternative for bonding. Ultrasonic welding is a cold joining process used to bond materials such as metals, plastics, and textiles. It works by directing high-frequency vibrations at two components that are clamped together. These vibrations generate localized frictional heat at the interface, causing a rapid buildup of temperature that forms a strong bond—typically within two to four seconds. Importantly, this process does not significantly melt the base materials and avoids heating the surrounding areas. Ultrasonic welding is also environmentally friendly, producing minimal waste.
Pad Printing
For simple jobs requiring a one-color imprint, we offer hermetically sealed ink cup pad printing, ideal for small to medium-sized parts. We also provide 1- or 2-color printing options to meet a variety of design needs.
